Slides from Germany’s 1st Lean Startup Machine event
I had the pleasure to be a speaker, coach and jury member at Germany’s 1st Lean Startup Machine event in Munich.
11 teams were driven by a strong vision and tons of assumptions. They got out of the building and got hit by the reality. They documented their learnings on the Validation Board and pivoted towards a business model that has a better chance to finally work.
When it comes to testing your assumptions, the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) plays an important role. How to build a successful MVP was the key topic of my presentation. Some of the attendees asked me whether I could share the deck. The presentation can now be viewed here:
I understand that not all topics are self-explaining and some of the slides require further explanation. I am working on an additional audio layer and will update the presentation once done. Feel free to use the presentation tools’ comments feature in case you have questions or ideas for further presentations.
